Auditing/Managing Offer Letters

Is there an “easy” way to export the offer letter templates (with paragraph names) from Taleo?  We need to audit and clean up the offer letters and would like to see how the offer letters and paragraphs are structured in the back end.  We are finding that there are multiple paragraphs with the same name and the same content, but are used in different offer letters.  What is an easy way to look at this outside of Taleo?  What are best practices of other companies?
