Changing column headers to the actual field name?

Hello,

I believe its possible, but is there a way that I can change the column report headers to the actual field name that appears.  For example, on our reports we use many UDF fields so they pull into our report Req UDF xx, when in fact its Company Name or Payroll Location.  When managers or recruiters run the report, they are confused by the column headers.  Is there a way change those on the report?
