Candidate Most Advanced Reference Status - mult status on same date

I'm attempting to pull the candidate most advanced reference status (using the delivered dimension), but when the candidate's history shows as having multiple statuses on the same date, then the report pulls the oldest status on the most recent date.  Ex. a candidate was moved to Interview step on Nov19, then status was changed on Nov27 to 2nd Interview, then again on Nov27 the candidate was moved to Offer step.  So because on the latest history date the candidate experienced multiple statuses, my report is only pulling back 2nd Interview when in fact chronologically their most recent status is Offer.
