Resume Parsing - Job Specific to General Profile; which fields populate?

When using Resume Upload Parsing option on a Job Specific application flow which does not contain Education and Work blocks, the parsed data for Education and Work is NOT transferred back to the candidate’s General Profile.  Right now, the data is parsed and contained only on the job specific submission, which you can confirm by viewing as the Recruiter.

We’re looking to parse the resume as part of a short job specific submission and have it establish their General Profile, complete with Work and Education, for future applications.  Am I missing a setting for this?
