13B: Additional Rules for the Automatic Progression - can this be linked to Prescreening / ACE?

Hello,

Is it possible to configure initial step + status to auto progress candidates based on responses to their pre-screening Questions? Would be interested if any of you are on 13B and tried use of the Additional Rules in relation to pre-screening be able to auto-progress candidates.
