Open Reqs with multiple work locations offered
Content
What are folks doing when you have a job posting that you are offering where the candidate could work from any one of your California locations; however, the postings are based on locations when the candidates searches the job postings.
Clear as mud right?
BTW; we have a location called multiple locations.
Example: We are looking for an Engineer to support Irvine and San Diego projects. We want to hire the best candidate to fill this single position and don’t care which office they reside in. If a great candidate is searching for a job in Irvine, they might screen out a posting linked to San Diego. If they are using search tool, they may never even see it.
