Review receipients aren't receiving notifications from PERFORM?

How do I rectify?

Two days ago I went into "Email reminders and notifications" and set the following to "none":

Manager Review Reminder

Employee Review Reminder

Would that have turned off review creation notifications?

I need to get them turned back on before I push more reviews out.
