question about use of Taleo in higher education

Hello,

I’m working on my dissertation and it is centering on the use of e-recruiting (specifically Taleo because that is what our University is using) as a reasonable tool for finding qualified adjunct faculty.  Does anyone else in higher-education use the system for this purpose?  I’d like to find out how it’s being used and what type of candidates you are getting.
