How can I make a column sortable in Perform?

Would like to be able to click on the "Employee Self-Assessment" column on the Performance Review: Home page. I find that a very valuable capability on other colums. For example, I can easily find out how many new employees were added to the system each day by clicking on the "Added to System" column on the Employees: Home page.
