Will someone explain how to update instructional text (verbiage) for internal careers_site employee referrals page?

Currently the text says employees should include first and last names along with an email address. I had an employee complain that the text box doesn't allow for enough characters for his full name and email address. I would like to update the verbiage to request just an email address.
