We just had one of our test environments updated to 18B.  When a manager goes into a direct report's evaluation, and that direct has participant feedback, I'm getting weird results just for the section participant popup page (that opens when you click the numeric hyperlink in the section).  It seems to be opening to the Performance Rating tab (where the rating definitions are displayed), instead of the Participant Feedback tab, where it has always opened to before.  The item-level popup is not behaving this way (it's behaving as expected).
