Posting to a different location than what the OLF is on the requisition

We have quite a few locations that we call "Twigs".  These locations are not set up in our Taleo configuration because they are not an actual location set up in our HRMS system.  For example, we may set up a requisition for a Route Driver that is attached to our Indianapolis Plant.  That is where the hired candidate would be coded in our HRMS system and paid from.  But in reality, the hired candidate would be working in the Cincinnati OH area (which is not a "location" set up in our HRMS system and therefore not fed over to Taleo
