How to Change an Assigned Review's "Due Date?"

Several of my managers assigned a total of 36 annual reviews and filled in, for Due Date, 2/5/2014 when they all should have put in 2/28/2014.

Would someone be so kind as to please provide me with the steps I may use to change the 36 due dates?  Thanks in advance.  I'm reluctant to touch the page layouts without some guidance having messed one up last year.
