Setting Dependencies

Is there a way to set multiple activities, or a bundle, as the dependency for a task? For example, I have 5 forms that need to be sent to the employee, filled out and e-signed by the employee, and then signed again (dual signature requirement) by our one of our HR employees. Only once every one of these forms is signed and dual signed, can the next step be taken. Is it possible to do this?
