TBE Integration Issue

I can initiate a background check (Universal Background) for employee A, no problem.  However, if I need to do an additional background check for employee B, I go to their record in Taleo, click initiate background check and it pulls in information for employee A.

I’ve tried disabling cookies and closing Taleo and re-opening; neither of those work.  It requires me to shut down and restart machine.

Is this an Taleo problem or a computer settings problem? Any ideas
