Taleo Business Edition has updated our response to the OFCCP 2014 ruling regarding the ability of individuals with disabilities to self-identify. Please see the attached document for more details (OfccpChanges0221.pdf)
As of the evening of February 20, 2013, Taleo Business Edition now allows you to add the voluntary Self-ID form CC-305 to be easily added to your application form. Please see ‘Enabling the OFCCP voluntary self-ID form’ in the online Help for instructions.
