Indentify the application form the candidate completed

Our company has multiple career sites and multiple application forms. Is there a way to identify in TBE which application form the candidate completed? I understand that I can view the application snapshot; however, it would be ideal to see which application they completed instantly as I view the requisition specific information on the candidate’s profile.
