Digital ID Stamp

Why do some Onboarding forms stamp the Electronic Signature Digital ID on the top of the form and others do not?  For example, the W4 does not include a digital stamp so there is no way to confirm that the digital signature is for the W4 when the .pdf file is printed. Is there a way to turn that feature on for all Onboarding documents?
