Updating User Records with Import Tool

Hi,

This is my first Question!!  I have tried to search for the answer but can't find what I am looking for.  Hoping you lovely people can help.

I am importing updated information for users in Taleo.

I want to update the Manager Name - however in the import tool there is not a field for Manager.

Can someone advise how I can update this field without having to do a manual update?

Is there a behind the scenes API that I need someone in my IT Dept to look at?
