EWS - Multi Languages - Emails?

Hi,

We have recently implemented Perform.  I have set up EWS for Spanish, French and Portugeuse.  I am having some trouble in working out how best to manage which employees get which link.

I can see in the employee fields there is a preferred Locale.  However I do not seem to be able to display this field in the employee website therefore allowing the employee to update.

Also I am confused as to how the reset password emails work.  If I create a Spanish, French and Portuguese version of the emails using the language tool will the sytem know which version of the email to send based upon which EWS you are in when you select forgot password.
