Taleo Release Strategy

Greetings fellow Taleo person!  I'm new to the software but certainly not to the industry; however I've been tasked with creating my company's Release Strategy.  I've incorporated communications, testing, timing, QA, sign offs, downtime notices, etc.  I'm looking for advice for anyone that has already created or supports the Taleo Releases of the overall sytem and its patches as well.  I'm not talking about full upgrades, that's a bigger project.  I'm just talking about the quarterly releases and patches.  We are cloud based of course, but from a Project Manager perspective is where I'm seeking peer input.  Our company is
