Past Goals showing as Active

We have several employees who entered goals for 2012.  These goals are still showing up as active goals.  It is my understanding that in order for goals to move from active to past, they need to be completed, weighted, and approved.  If this did not happen in 2012, is there anyway as an administrator I can just move them to past goals?
