File Feedback in Outlook Plug In

I am a new user with TBE. One of the features I was looking forward to was using the Outlook Plug In to save emails directly to an employee's record. We get customer feedback frequently and this would be very handy.
But when the emails move over into the Comments section, you see the entire message. This is going to become unmanageable very quickly.
Is there a way to bring the emails into the employee record as a file instead of having to scroll through all that text?
