Built Job specific URL outside Taleo

Hi,  I am looking for a solution to create job specific url based on the career sections on the fly outside Taleo application. I have hosted requisition specific information on a location followed by career section URL with that. The requirement is put a logic which could create a job specific url outside Taleo application using given logics. Help me with your recommended solution or a work around you might have built for your custom requirement.   Regards, Rishabh
