How do I add a warning message in Perform?

I have heard from several managers who are completing performance reviews about this issue.  They are very frustrated because if they are in the middle of writing a review, and then hit the back button before saving their work...they lose everything they just did.  Our reviews are very text heavy, so this is having a big impact.

I can drill into them as much as possible to hit "Save" often, but no one is perfect.

I'd like to be able to add a warning message letting them know that if they navigate away from the page that they will lose all their unsaved work.  This would at least give them a chance to stop themselves.  This seems like a logical step that would already be in place...but I can't find anywhere to activate an existing warning, or anywhere to add a new one.

Howdy, Stranger!
