Taleo Perform - Goal approval page layout

Hello,

We are in the process of launching Taleo Perform and two of the feedback questions/"nice to have"s we received from the 2nd UAT (User Acceptance Testing) are:

1. Add weighting to the goal when manager approves the goal versus having it as a separate step - can this option be added to step when manager approves the goal, another words, when you click approve button you are prompted to provide with the comment and check the box whether this comment should be included in the e-mail notification. Question - is there a way to add weighting to that particular window? I personally was not able to find this page layout?
