Question: When I conduct a search from within the employees ("staff" on my end) tab, where exactly is the database "searching" for the keyword?

For example, I searched "Tennessee" and got a list of approximately 8 people. Their state for the address is listed as Tennessee. However, I searched "Appletree" because I knew that that was the street name that was entered for someone and received 0 results. So, some areas are included in the search and others aren't.

Does anyone know which areas specifically are "searchable?"
