Suggestion Box?

Hello all,

I received a request from our directors that they would like to create an area on the EWS for employees to submit feedback on fellow employees, management, training, etc 24/7. They would like this to be a form with several areas to complete that can be pulled up and completed for various people any time the employee feels that their voice needs to be heard.

Is this possible? If so, how would I do this and integrate it into Taleo so that I (as HR) know who the feedback is from, but no one else does. If not, what would you suggest I tell the directors??
