SHL Status Messages

Hi,

After sending the SHL test to applicant normally you can see the status of test in candidate profile. Normally the status message are self explanatory. However in last few weeks I seen that sometime the status message is "Acknowledged by Provider". What does it mean? Whether the test has been given by applicant or is there any issue in processing?

Any help with this is highly appreciated.
