Limit access to the HR person who applied to the position

Hello,
We have an HR person who has a full access to all requisitions and candidates and who has applied to one position for which we would like restrict her access as she is a candidate for this position. Unless we change her user role to the Hiring Manager, I'm not aware of any other types of restrictions that could limit her access.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
