Attach Resume

Hello,

I want to add a field to the employee website view and edit page layouts that is a resume uploader. I found the field under Employee fields and added to EWS view data under page layouts, but when I go to EWS page layouts and try to add the field to the employee side of the website, the field is not there. How do I add the field to the list of available fields for the EWS? I assumed that would be under employee fields.
