Probationary reviews in Taleo

We currently conduct annual and mid year reviews in Taleo. We conduct probationary reviews but currently do those by paper and would like to use Taleo for these reviews as well. Employees who are within their probationary period receive 3 reviews - one every month up to 3 months. Are there any special considerations that I need to be mindful of? Are there any resources that I can review to help me implement the probationary reviews? This seems a little complicated as there are so many reviews (annual, mid year and 3 probationary reviews) so I just want to make
