Is there a way to change the goal weight percentage from increments of 5 to increments of 1 or 2?

Hi,

We are presently in the process of getting TALEO Perform implemented for our organization. Is there a way we can change the goal weightage % from increments of 5 to increments of 1 or 2? We have found a workaround where we combine two or three goals to total 5.

For e.g.: for a goal 'Continued Professional learning' we have two or three subsections viz: getting certifications, attending training courses et.al which we have presently combined to give a total weightage of 5%. Now the review managers are of the opinion we should have these subsection goals as separate goals itself (since the employees doing their self-appraisal have no idea what all of these individual subsection goals weigh individually).
