Manager and Employee EWS

One of the biggest complaints and frustrations I hear from our managers are the fact that they have a manager sign on and an employee website logon.  They understand that the two are linked and they can toggle between the two views but they get frustrated when they need to sign a document as an employee and they have forgotten their EWS password.  Does anyone have any suggesstions or solutions to make this a bit smoother?
