Actual reporting of web interactions
Content
Hiya,
I come from a Digital Analysis background so I am used to advance Analytics style of webpage usage reporting. Google Analytics, Omniture, Piwik,
The current interactions, from the Taleo Metrics portal and from Social Sourcing (which we are investigating) just don't meet my needs - they are very unsophisticated and don't allow for 'proper' analysis.
For example: I want to understand the search terms used in Google, how long users arriving from a search term spent looking at the first screens before applying (and how many dropped off) and how many went to apply. I also want to understand which search terms delivered the details of a role, and which bought up the main list of jobs.
