Unique Req Link

Hello,

Does anyone know how we could have a unique req link- ie. one that takes a person directly to a req, not our main career portal? I know you can use the share job feature "email" and use that link, but wasn't sure if there is some sort of unique link where we just change a few things to get them to the correct req#?

We are on 13B for now.
