Mgr access to Taleo Recruiting

We have used Taleo Recruiting for quite a few years, but until this point the only users that have logged into the system are the recruitment team.   They enter the requisition from a hard copy form, and then handle the candidate process.    They share resumes and potential candidates with managers via email.

A project we are exploring this year is to open up Taleo access to our hiring managers.  I am hoping to hear from other clients as to how they have their hiring managers access and use Taleo Recruiting to hopefully learn some best practices and avoid common pitfalls.
