I'm sturggling to understand how the Performance Review Approval works. Here's what I'd like to happen.
- Manager assigns a review for an employee
- Employee contributes to the review
- Manager contributes and completes the review
- Manager's Manager is notified that the review is complete, reviews it and either approves or rejects it
- If the review is rejected, the manager is notified why and makes the change; 're-submits' it for approval to his manager
- Manager's Manager is notified that the review has been modified, he logs in, reviews and approves it and the review is then finalized for the employee and the manager to see in PDF.
