#1)  I have a manager who is a Perform User.  When I go into her User Profile and try to select that I want her to be a Review Approver, I can't.  Can someone please give me some direction on where I can begin to investigate why the system is not allowing me to select this?  We are using postiions, which I suspect has something to do with this.

2)  Within Positions, I am curious to know why there is a Position Department which is a different data set than the Organization's Department.  Should these not be the same in order to link the position or the employee to the same Department list?
