Tokens on Offer Letter Message Templates not working

Hi Everyone,
We are experiencing an issue where the tokens in our offer letter message templates are not working on the candidates side. When recruiters and approvers are previewing the e-offer letter everyhing looks great. When the candidate opens the eoffer none of the token information shows -- a lot of blanks.
We've had candidates use different browsers, we've deleted and started fresh with new paragraphs and templates but no solution yet. I've submitted a ticket to Oracle
