Unable to download attachments from Taleo recruiting

Folks,  We have been having lot of trouble in downloading attachments from Taleo. Version 13C is giving us difficult time. I hope this is the generic issue and rest of Taleo users are also impacted with the same. I would wish to understand what other costumers are doing to avoid this issue.    Regards, Rishabh
