Issues with Job Descriptions

Hi!

Our users have been experiencing issues during the requisition creation process with regards to job descriptions.  Sometimes, we are unable to use the "Paste from Word" functionality; the text is pasted into the box, but when we click "OK," nothing happens.  We have to click "Cancel" and then paste the text regularly.  When this happens, the formatting is completely different and we need to put in a lot of TLC to get it fixed.

Another issue that has come up is that if a job description is entered and then we "Save and Close," then "Edit," we are unable to click in the job description text box.  We repeatedly click in the box, but nothing happens.  Usually, if we "Save and Close" & "Edit" again, then it works.
