Talent Pooling and candidate workflows
We are just completing the implementation of Taleo for our business. We get a lot of general expression of interest candidates apply, or candidates who may not be suitable for current vacancies, but could be for future opportunities. I am interested to hear how other businesses keep track of these candidates, so they don't get lost in the system and can be searched on later as opportunities arise.
