How to add additional headings/sections in Performance Review "core" template

Good Afternoon:
I am writing to request some more information on how to add additional headings to the core template of our performance reviews.
Right now the system seems to have it locked with the number of sections we are allowed to have in the performance review. I'm not sure where (if I am able to do it) that I can add additional sections/headings which can be weighted. It seems like the maximum is 3, but this may be due to how we built it 2+ years ago.
Would someone be able to help?
We had someone reach out to the support center in Taleo yesterday but have not heard back. (Picture shown here as well to illustrate what I am talking about). I would like to add another section.
