Customizing Comments/Accomplishments Section Text in Performance Review

Good Morning:

Is it possible to add bullets in the comments section to see that the text in not in one block/paragraph as the manager writes the review. I have had a few managers ask if they can edit the type of text used, for example underline or bold (similar to how you are typing in here).

They are looking for it to be customizable.
