Extended application - job boards posting it & candidate applying

Is anyone having an issue with job boards scraping your career site and posting the Extended Application?  We have had this happen several times and the candidate applies to the extended application thinking they are applying for the position and end up answering the questions asking for birthdate and SS#.  We are worried about why this keeps happening.  We stopped posting the extended application unless the offer is accepted and then we unpost it as soon as the candidate completes the onboarding application.
