OFCCP Compliance for existing employees

We need to do a mass solicitation of active US employees this year to gather this data and update it into our HRIS system, so we are trying to figure out the best options we have to do this. The question I have is whether or not we would have the ability to use the Taleo system as an activity to solicit US active employees and if we would somehow be able to configure the forms so that we can then report out easily on the data.

For example;

If we asked all US employees to fill out the form (in its’ exact format as mandated by the OFCCP), we would want to somehow easily run a report from Taleo after the solicitation is done to list all employee. So, in this disability example, I would need a report that would contain the unique identifier and then one column would say “yes,” “no”, or “I do not wish to answer”.  Does that make sense? Do you know if this type of reporting would be capable? (Our concern is whether Taleo has the ability to pull the data from the
