Transitioning from & integrating with Vagas (Latin America)

Hello,
We are currently in the testing phase of rolling out Taleo and its associated processes to our Latin America recruiting teams, and currently in Brazil they use Vagas as their ATS (for all intents and purposes). Part of our rollout is to integrate with current job boards (with our job board partner eQuest) but Vagas also has a very large database of resumes and profiles of candidates that have applied to our teams jobs in the past....I have 2 questions for everyone:
- Have you integrated with Vagas for posting jobs? Ideally we would like to be able to redirect candidates from the Vagas posting back into Taleo (with a custom apply link, ideally tied to the Vagas 'Apply Now' button)
