How can the requisition clone feature be removed?

Hello,
We are experiencing a number of issues because our hiring managers are using the "clone" feature when in a job template, but they're not updating all the necessary information so it's causing issues in our new hire records. We'd like to remove this feature for all of our roles except for our Administrators. How can we achieve this? I'm not seeing the ability to remove in the system. I've attached a screenshot. Note, the screenshot is from a user with an Administrator role, but currently this feature is available for all roles.
