TBE Recruit / OnBoard for Non-Employees?

Hello, my name is David Barreras. I work at City of Hope Hospital as part of the HRIM team. I've been asked to look into the possibility of using TBE Recruit and Onboard for non-employees. If you've gone down this path and/or are using TBE with non-employees, would you mind having a short discussion? I have started collecting data and have a few ideas. Just want to make sure I'm heading in the right direction.
